Bats generally refer to all kinds of mammals belonging to the order Chiroptera, and their natural enemies vary from breed to breed. The main natural enemies of burrowing bats are mainly snakes and lizards, and the natural enemies of arboreal bats (some fruit bats) are also birds of prey and cats. And bats also have a natural enemy, such as Guam bats, which became extinct because of predation by local people. Let's take a look at the natural enemies of bats.

Snakes

Snakes are real terrestrial vertebrates, mainly eating rats (also eating frogs, birds, etc.). They are not handsome, peculiar shape and color, covered with scales, high head and neck, swinging body and tail, fast marching, mating calls, swimming transition, it is really difficult to be cute. They like to live in an environment with shade, damp, inaccessible, overgrown weeds, luxuriant trees, piles of trees or stones, firewood piles, ancient earth walls and rich bait. These are all places where they live, haunt and breed, and there are also snakes living in the water.

Lizard

Lizards, also known as four-legged snakes and snake aunts, are distributed all over the world, with a wide variety of species. There are about 3000 species on the earth. There are more than 150 species known in China, mostly in the tropics and subtropics, and their living environments are diverse, mainly terrestrial. There are also arboreal, semi-aquatic and burrowing. Most of them feed on insects, and a few species also eat plants. They are closely related to snakes, and there are many similarities between them.

Raptor

Raptor is one of the six major ecological groups of birds, covering all species of falconiformes and pereformes in the traditional classification system of birds, including secondary ecological groups such as eagle, kite, vulture, harrier, osprey, falcon, owl, predator and so on. In the ecosystem, the number of individual raptors is less than that of other groups, but it is at the top of the food chain and plays a very important role in preying on other birds and rodents, rabbits, snakes or carcasses.

catamount

Cats are divided into cheetahs, felines, leopards 3 subfamilies, a total of 15 genera and 38 species, all cats have forward eyes, sharp teeth and lean body, all from the same ancestor "kitten". Most of them are good at climbing and jumping, most of them like to live alone, eat meat, and often kill other warm-blooded animals by ambush.
