How is cryptopterus dermatitis treated?

1. Rinse with a large amount of water, which can dilute the venom and reduce the burning sensation of the skin.

2. rinse the skin with a certain proportion of potassium permanganate solution, normal saline and a certain proportion of sodium bicarbonate solution.

3. If conditions permit, you can wash the wound with alkaline soapy water. Acid-alkali neutralization can relieve skin discomfort.

4. When using calamine lotion, it is recommended to pick out the pustule and dry it first, and then apply calamine lotion 3-5 times a day.

5. Take Hismin or chlorpheniramine orally. These drugs are recommended to be taken under the guidance of a doctor. Do not take drugs without authorization.

6. Apply anti-allergic Piyanping ointment or Wuji ointment after local disinfection, but do not apply the ointment directly to the wound.
