Swine influenza is an acute, infectious respiratory disease of pigs, characterized by sudden onset, cough, dyspnea, fever and rapid prognosis. It is caused by influenza A virus (influenza A virus) and usually breaks out among pigs. It is highly contagious but usually does not cause death. Autumn and winter is a high incidence period, but it can be transmitted throughout the year and is mostly identified as influenza C virus (influenza C virus). Symptoms of swine influenza

The incidence of swine influenza is high, the incubation period is 2-7 days, and the course of disease is about 1 week. In the early stage of the disease, the sick pig suddenly has a fever, lethargy, loss of appetite or abstinence, often lying together, unwilling to move, dyspnea, intense cough and mucus from the eyes and nose. If the disease is not treated in time, it is easy to be complicated with bronchitis, pneumonia and pleurisy, which increases the fatality rate of pigs. Body temperature rose to 40 ℃ ~ 41. 5 ℃, depressed spirit, loss of appetite or not eating, muscle pain, reluctance to stand, viscous fluid outflow from eyes and nose, conjunctival congestion, dyspnea, wheezing, coughing, abdominal breathing, dog sitting posture, asthma sound can be heard at night, joint pain in some diseased pigs, especially in pigs with good fat condition.

Treatment of Porcine Influenza

1. There are no special drugs for the disease, only symptomatic drugs are used to alleviate the disease and avoid the occurrence of secondary infection. Compound morpholine tablets or compound adamantane tablets and Banlangen granules can be used for treatment, and the dosage can be determined according to the body weight of pigs and the content of drugs.

2. Take antibiotics or sulfonamides to prevent bacterial infection.

3. Penicillin and streptomycin can be used for seriously sick pigs, plus virulent at the same time intramuscular injection, twice a day for 5 days.

4. Adding antibiotics and antibiotics to the feed with a proportion of 0.2% can also effectively control the disease.

Prevention of swine influenza

1. Strengthen feeding and management, improve the nutritional requirements of pigs, clean the environment regularly, and isolate and treat sick pigs in time.

2. Qingkailing injection + lincomycin hydrochloride injection + strong amoxicillin, 0.2-0.5 ml / kg body weight, mixed intramuscular injection, once a day for 3 days.

3. The feed was mixed with antiviral powder I (400kg / bag) + doxycycline 300ppm, mixed evenly for 10 days, and electrolytic multi-dimensional was added to the drinking water at the same time.
