4. After the outbreak of the epidemic, close the livestock market in the blockade area, strengthen slaughter inspection, and strictly prevent the spread of the epidemic. Sick animals and suspected sick animals in the epidemic area should be sealed off in the epidemic area, cared for by special personnel, and the feeding tools should be fixed. The dead bodies of sick animals shall be buried deeply after disinfection and shall not be eaten. The feces and bedding soil of sick animals shall be sealed and fermented before application.
