However, clenbuterol is neither a veterinary drug nor a feed additive, but an adrenal nerve stimulant, which is actually a hormone and a "drug" that seriously endangers the healthy development of animal husbandry and the safety of animal products. After eating clenbuterol, the toxicity of pigs is mainly accumulated in pig liver, pig lungs and so on. People eat cooked pig liver, pig lungs, there will be symptoms of poisoning, so we should pay attention to eat less pig lungs, heart, liver, kidneys and other internal organs.

After entering the body, "clenbuterol" has the characteristics of fast distribution and slow elimination, and its chemical properties are stable, so it is difficult to destroy its toxicity during cooking. Clenbuterol is highly toxic, and excessive or disease-free medication will lead to adverse reactions such as muscle tremor, palpitation, tremor, headache, nausea, vomiting and so on, especially for patients with hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, prostatic hypertrophy and so on. Long-term use, may lead to chromosome aberration, will induce malignant tumors, "clenbuterol" great harm, consumers must be more careful when buying pork. When buying, you must see clearly whether the pork has a health and quarantine certificate. The easiest way to identify whether pork contains "clenbuterol" is to see whether the pork has fat (lard). If it is found that the pork under the skin is lean, then this kind of pork is likely to contain "clenbuterol". If it is found that the pork is darker and brightly colored, the buttocks are full and prominent, and the fat is very thin, this kind of pork may contain "clenbuterol".

However, "clenbuterol" appears in beef cattle raising in some farmers.
