Design of pig farm for 100 sows
Nature and scale
A small self-breeding commercial pig farm with an annual output of 2000 fat pigs with the size of 100 basic sows. The breeds are TOPIGS parents' breeding pigs or large Landrace sows and Duroc boars.
Production cycle
From mating to market = 41 weeks (16 weeks of pregnancy + 4 weeks of lactation + 5 weeks of conservation + 16 weeks of fattening).
Composition of pig farm
① pregnancy positioning bar: 100 sows, 9 litters every 2 weeks, 66 pregnant sows from mating to the week before delivery, 66 positioning bars are needed.
② empty sow pen: the delivery rate is 80%. From weaning to mating, 1.5 weeks / 80% × 4.4 heads / week + 1 (backup) = 9 heads, 3 columns are needed for every 3 heads.
③ breeding boar pen: four stalls and one breeding room are needed for single-column breeding.
④ delivery column: 4.4 × 6 weeks = 27.
⑤ nursery beds: 6 weeks × 4.4 million 27 beds.
⑥ fattening column: 16 weeks / 2 × 9-10 × 720,800 heads, that is, 72-80 columns.
There are 3 units in the delivery room, 9 beds in each unit, 3 units in the nursery, 9 beds in each unit, and 4 boars are raised in a single column, 4 heads and 4 bars, 1.
Breeding column
Empty sows 3-4 head a column, set up 3 columns; fattening pig house 8-10 heads per column, 10 columns per unit, a total of 8 units.
Piggery design
The ① delivery room consists of 1 building and 3 units, each with a length of 36 meters and a width of 7.8 meters.

The ② nursery consists of 3 units, each with a length of 31.5 meters and a width of 6.6 meters.

A ③ breeding boar and sow house, with 8 columns, is 3 × 8 × 24 meters long and 5.5m wide.

④ pregnant single column 66 a building, building length of 0.65m × 33mm 2.5m 24m, double row house width 7.8m.
There are 4 fattening pig houses in ⑤, each with 2 units, each with a length of 3 × 5 × 1m, a length of 16 × 2m and a width of 11 m.
