Horse is a common means of transportation in ancient China, but with the change of the times, there are fewer and fewer horses, it can be said that now we can only see real horses on the horse farm. The reason for the decrease in the number of horses to a large extent is that due to the progress of science and technology, horses are not so important to people. Secondly, the technology of breeding is declining, the reproductive ability of horses is degraded, and the survival rate is not high. So what the pro-farm network wants to tell you today is the breeding technology of horses. I hope you like it.

1. Racecourse construction

In order to raise horses, we first need to choose a site, and then we need to build a good breeding place for horses. The breeding of horses needs to be more meticulous, not too rough, so it is generally raised in a single room, and the ground of the stables should be relatively flat but non-slippery. We usually choose cement to build, and the second is that the daylighting of the stables is good, so we need to build windows and sometimes breathable air. Then, in the nine kinds of horse diseases, we need to build a diet trough for male horses to drink, and the area around the racecourse should be relatively wide, because horses usually need an appropriate amount of exercise, so as to strengthen their physique and improve their ability to reproduce.

2. Variety selection

Since there are few horses nowadays, and high-quality horses are relatively difficult to find, here the editor teaches you a little way to choose high-quality horses. First of all, we need to observe whether the horses' limbs are strong or not. The second is to see whether the horses grow in harmony. Good horses generally have a long neck, strong muscles and strong limbs. The second is that the front and rear legs of a good horse look on a vertical plane when running, then the coat color should look smooth, and finally, it is not very powerful, so that you can almost choose a good horse.

3. Feeding method

The breeding method of horses can be divided into several stages. the first stage is the foal stage, when the horses are just born and have a poor ability to adapt to the outside world, so we should strengthen feeding management, mainly raising some easily digestible feed such as oats. Need to feed three or four times a day, wait for about two weeks to let it take an outdoor walk, eat some fresh grass, a month later can be raised normally. The second stage is the adult horse, our main purpose is to give him a strong body, so we can feed him some auxin, followed by milk, forage grass, hay and so on. The third stage is the horse during pregnancy, its food is not only related to itself, but also related to the foal in the belly, so be particularly careful in raising, mainly feeding carrots, potatoes and some vegetables with high vitamins, which is conducive to nutrition absorption, so that production is more smooth, improve horse production rate and improve the survival rate.

4. Daily management

In peacetime, we need to herd the horse, so we can't keep it in the stable all the time, which can increase its vital signs and improve its productivity. the second is that we need to brush and nurse the horse every week to make the horse look more energetic. The third is that we have to dig out the dirt from the horse's hoof, otherwise it will cause disease infection, and the fourth is to bathe the horse irregularly. In this way, you can wash off the bacteria on your body and dry it after washing in case you catch a cold.

5. Disease prevention and treatment

It is rare for horses to get sick under normal feeding conditions, but because they need to exercise outside, it is inevitable that there will be some skin injuries. Although skin injuries are trivial, if the horses are not properly handled, they will be infected and breed bacteria, resulting in the emergence of bad symptoms such as paralysis, so every time we wait for the horse to come back from exercise, we need to give him a full-body examination to see where he has been hurt. If there is a need to use drugs to reduce inflammation, and then recuperate, and finally, the most common disease of horses is colds, then we should take protective measures when the weather changes greatly. for example, keep the stables warm or add an appropriate amount of medicine to prevent colds in drinking water.
