Notes on Partridge Breeding
Partridge is a relatively old wild creature, its body is relatively small, but it tastes very fresh and tender, and it tastes very good. It has become a popular dish in restaurants, large and small. After people have hunted and killed wantonly, wild partridges can be said to have suffered a great crisis and are on the verge of extinction, so artificial breeding partridges have appeared. although the breeding scope of partridges has been expanded, it is still unable to meet the needs of the market. Because we do not pay attention to a lot of small details when raising partridges, which leads to the reduction of the survival rate of partridges and the degradation of reproductive ability, let's follow the pro-agricultural network to learn the points for attention in partridge breeding.
1. Temperature
Temperature has a great influence on the growth of partridges, especially for the seedlings of partridges and the female partridges during the laying period, the newborn partridges are very strange to the outside world, so their physical quality and adaptability are still relatively weak. so we need to keep it warm after it is born, the temperature is kept at the temperature in the egg, otherwise the survival rate is not high, wait a month after the little partridge. You can slowly lower the temperature until it returns to normal. For egg-laying partridges, the temperature will affect its laying rate and hatching rate, so we had better control the temperature at about 15 to 20 degrees in order to ensure normal reproduction.
2. Lighting
The growth, reproduction and lighting of partridges also have a certain influence. For young partridges, in addition to the natural light during the day, we also need to turn off the lights at night, so as to improve the growth rate of partridges and enhance their immunity. Secondly, the partridges that can mate also need to be illuminated by fluorescent lights at night, which can promote their reproductive ability and improve the rate of egg production. Under normal circumstances, you need at least 16 hours of light a day.
3. Environment
Partridge it belongs to a kind of bird, general birds are very afraid of people, but also very timid, can not be frightened, as long as you make a sound, they will fly away, so partridge is the same, then the breeding environment should be quiet, can not raise some other animals, this will also affect the growth and laying rate of partridges, followed by the use of three-dimensional breeding, which can reduce a lot of diseases Sinks and troughs should be installed outside every cage so that it is convenient to feed.
4. Feeding
Young partridges basically need to be raised three to four times a day, you can put special feed for partridges, and when partridges are a little bigger, you can add green vegetables or earthworms and insects to feed together. Secondly, when the partridges are four months old, we try to raise them in multiple groups, which can improve the laying rate of partridges, and we should reduce the amount of feed as much as possible. And reduce the nutritional composition of the feed, because if the partridge is too fat, the egg production will be reduced, of course, it can also be specialized in fattening partridges and selling partridge meat. During the laying period of partridges, we increase the protein content in our feed, otherwise partridges will be malnourished.
5. Management
Breeding management also needs to be paid great attention to in partridge breeding. First of all, we should clean and disinfect the cage of partridges in time to keep the breeding environment clean and reduce diseases and bacteria. Secondly, do not disturb partridges during cleaning, and partridges also have some common diseases and some roundworms and so on, so we have to vaccinate and disinfect them in a certain period of time. Otherwise, partridges will grow thinner and thinner, because nutrients are absorbed by parasites.
