Three simple ways to distinguish the male and female of the meat pigeon
Holding the pigeon, with the right hand, put the three toes together in parallel, the left toe long shall be regarded as male; the same shall be regarded as female. Note that the pigeon's two feet are basically the same length, left and right feet are seen, more sure.
After holding the pigeon in your hand, gently pull the mouth forward with your thumb and forefinger, straighten it, and release it immediately. If the pigeon heads backward, hard after the swing, should be regarded as male. A pigeon is considered female if its beak clicks twice or three times.
Hold the pigeon and touch the pubic bone with your hand. If the pubic bone is parallel, it should be considered female. The pubic bone on the left, if concave inward and non-parallel feeling, should be regarded as male.
