Matters needing attention in the use of drugs in meat pigeon breeding

Do not use insect repellent during the moulting and rearing stages of pigeons. Because the insect repellent will destroy the feather and cause the feather to deform.

Trichomonas repellent should not be used during reproduction. Because the drug that repels Trichomonas will temporarily make male pigeons lose their reproductive ability.

Antibiotics can only be used to treat certain infections, but they are not panacea. The abuse of antibiotics can only be counterproductive, because antibiotics can kill not only harmful bacteria but also beneficial ones, resulting in a decline in pigeon's ability to prevent disease or loss of immunity.
