The structures of sheep sheds and equipment in some farms do not conform to the production process, resulting in difficult control of epidemic diseases in the production process and low production performance. Planning and layout of sheep farm

1. Sheep farm zoning planning: sheep farm is usually divided into three functional areas, namely, management area, production area and sick sheep management area. In the zoning planning, the location of each district is arranged from the point of view of livestock health care and the principle of establishing the best production contact and epidemic prevention conditions. generally, according to the main wind direction and slope, the order is living area, management area, forage processing and storage area, disinfection room, sheep shed, diseased sheep management area, isolation room, treatment room, harmless treatment facilities, biogas digester, grass drying field, grass storage shed and so on. There should be a certain safe distance between the districts, preferably 300 meters apart, and at the same time, sewage from the living and management areas should be prevented from flowing into the production areas.

2. Architectural layout of sheep farm: the production process of sheep includes breeding and breeding of sheep, breeding of lamb, feeding management and fattening of breeding sheep, transportation and storage of forage fodder, prevention and control of epidemic disease and so on. These processes are all carried out in different buildings and are functionally related to each other. The layout of the building must make overall arrangements for the functional relationship between each other, so that the configuration is compact and occupies a small area as far as possible, and it can also meet the requirements of hygiene and fire safety, ensure the shortest transportation, power supply and water supply lines, and facilitate the formation of assembly lines. to achieve professional and orderly production in the production process.

3. Sheep playground and road setting in the playground: the playground should be selected in the leeward to the sun, slightly sloping place, in order to drain and keep dry. Generally set in the south of the sheephouse, below 60 cm below the floor of the sheephouse, tilt slowly to the south, with brick or sandy loam as good, to facilitate drainage and keep dry, surrounded by 1.2 to 1.5 meters high fence or fence, the outside of the fence should be set up drainage ditch, on both sides of the playground (south, west) should set sunshade or planting trees, the area of each adult sheep 4 square meters. The width of the road in the sheep farm is determined according to the actual situation, and the requirements: it is not only convenient for transportation, but also in line with the conditions for epidemic prevention, the road for transporting forage and livestock products is not common or crossed with the road for transporting sheep dung, and the veterinary room has a separate road, which is not common or crossed with other roads.

Sheep shed Design of Sheep Farm

1, breeding house: also known as adult sheep house, breeding ram, reserve sheep, early pregnancy sheep (March) in this house is raised in groups, generally using double row breeding, breeding ram single circle, young sheep and adult ewes in one row, the same sports ground, a row in the early stage of pregnancy, a sports ground. Open, semi-open, closed type can be, try to use closed type.

2. Delivery house: enter the delivery house for feeding in a single column in the later stage of pregnancy, each column is about 2 square meters, the delivery column is 4 square meters, the sheep bed is thick mattress, and there is a lamb feeding fence. Generally use double-row feeding, a row of ewes in the later stage of pregnancy, the same sports field, a row of delivery sheep, a sports field, open, semi-open, closed, as far as possible to use closed type.

3. Lamb house: the lamb enters the lamb house after weaning, the qualified female lamb enters the reserve sheep house at the age of 6 months, and the male lamb goes out after fattening, which should be raised and managed in groups according to the age and strength of the sheep. The key is to keep warm, adopt closed type, double-column, single-column can.

Note: the classification of sheep sheds is not absolute, but can also be divided into lamb sheds, fattening sheds, mating sheds (breeding rams, reserve sheep, empty ewes), early pregnancy sheds, late pregnancy sheds, which can be raised in single or double rows at the time of design. Design parameters of sheep house

1. The area of sheep house and playground: the area of sheep house should be determined according to the number and feeding mode of sheep, and generally calculated according to 1 ∶ 1.53.

2. Temperature and humidity of sheep house: the lowest temperature of lambing house should be kept above 10 ℃ in winter, 0 ℃ in general and no more than 30 ℃ in summer. The sheep shed should be kept dry, the ground should not be too wet, and the air relative humidity should be less than 70%.

3, ventilation and ventilation: for the closed sheep house, it must have good ventilation performance, can discharge the dirty air in time, and keep the air fresh.

4. Daylighting: the daylighting area is usually determined by the height and span of the sheep house and the size of the windows. In the actual design, it should be flexibly mastered according to the principle that it is not only good for heat preservation but also convenient for ventilation.

5. Length, span and height: the length, span and height of the sheep house shall be determined according to the type and area of the building selected. The span of the single-slope sheep house is generally 5-7 meters, the double-slope single-row sheep house is 6-8 meters, and the double-row sheep house is 10-12 meters. The height of the eaves of the sheep shed is generally 2.4 to 3.0 meters.
