We are no stranger to fish, but if we talk about the species of fish or distinguish them, we may have a headache, because they all look alike, because they don't have much difference, and because the nutritional value of fish is very high. And it's really a delicacy, no matter how you steam, boil, fry, fry or whatever, each has its own characteristics, and basically every household in the countryside has a small pond. Some fish are often kept in the pond, so sometimes you will find that your fish is not growing up, or your fish is missing, and so on, so today the editor will show you some major misunderstandings of fish farming in the countryside. and how to cultivate fish correctly.

1. Mixed culture species

There are many kinds of fish, such as grass carp, silver carp, crucian carp, carp and so on, so it is impossible for us to raise only one kind of fish in a pond, so we usually carry out mixed culture, but there are conditions for mixed culture, and some fish cannot be mixed, because it will eat all the small fish it has just produced and become its delicacy. And basically there is no small fish in a year, that is to say, how many fish you put in and only how many fish are harvested. This is also a misunderstanding that many people have. They will raise eels and these fish together. It turns out that there are fewer and fewer fish in fish ponds, so when we put fish in fish ponds, we need to consider which fish will eat what, whether they will eat small fish, and so on. In this way, it would be better not to keep them together when stocking.

2. Pond environment

The ability of different fish to adapt to the pond environment is different. In general, the most common fish water should not be too deep, usually the deepest is about two meters. At the same time, the water temperature should be kept at about 15 to 20 degrees. Before releasing the fish, we need to clean up the sundries, silt and other things in the fish pond, raise the river bed as high as possible, and then sprinkle a layer of quicklime around the pond for disinfection, and finally wait for detoxification before we can re-inject new water. Some base fertilizer can be put in a week before the fish is released, which can promote the growth of edema microorganisms and give the fish enough food. On the other hand, many people raise fish basically by injecting water into the original pond and then putting the fish into the pond, only to find that within two days, all the fish bought are floating on the surface of the water, so be sure to remember to clean the pond and sterilize.

3. Feed

Many people think that fish will grow up as long as they are put in and throw some grass. In fact, if you only raise grass carp, you can only feed grass, but if you want grass carp to grow up a little faster, then you also need to use some other bait and feed, such as wine dregs or special feed. Moreover, many people think that fish will eat other animals' internal organs or poop, but this is not the case. they just eat microbes produced by internal organs and poops. so it's not just as long as you put these things into the pond, if you throw them in for a period of time, you have to remember to salvage them. If the pond water is too smelly, you still need to change the water. Otherwise, there will be a large number of dead fish, and finally, when feeding wine dregs, we must pay attention to the right amount, otherwise the fish it is relatively stupid, will be drunk to death.

4. Feeding density

Many people think that the more fish are put in the pond, the more fish must be harvested and the same size when they are put in, so they will grow up when they are harvested. In fact, this is all wrong. Generally speaking, the maximum breeding capacity of a mu pond is 1800, that is to say, it must not exceed 1800, otherwise the density of the fish pond is too small, which will lead to serious lack of oxygen in the water, resulting in the death of a large area of fish in the fish pond, and the size of the species fish should be more symmetrical. In this way, when the pond is harvested, the pond weight is about the same as that of many small fish, which can be used as species. Stocking again.

The above are some misunderstandings that the pro-agricultural network shares with you about fish farming in rural areas, and also tells you why you can't do that and how to do it correctly. I hope that after reading this article, you can raise the fish in the pond better and don't make these mistakes that should not be made again.
