Turbot is mainly distributed in a wide range of cold waters, mainly feed on small fish and shrimp, generally inhabit the sandy seafloor in the shallow sea, and is one of the more high-quality flounder in the world. Turbot fish has fresh and tender meat, delicious taste, rich nutritional value, can moisturize skin and beauty, invigorate yang, and so on. People who eat regularly can nourish the body and improve people's immunity. So now more and more people are farmed, so how to cultivate turbot fish? Let's take a look at it.

1. Breeding ground

The breeding grounds of turbot should be far away from pollution sources, convenient signal communication, convenient transportation, sufficient electricity and clean and abundant water sources. But try to stay away from noisy places such as residential areas, factories and major roads. Equipment that can control temperature, focus, oxygen, irrigation and drainage should be set up in the farm. It is also necessary to establish different facilities, such as seedling breeding rooms, biological bait culture rooms, and so on. The area of fish ponds is determined according to the number of farmed fish, generally ranging from 10 to 100 cubic meters, and too much farming can not be better managed.

2. Parent fish selection

When breeding turbot fish, there are generally two choices: first, you can choose from the wild Duobao fish school, and second, you can choose from the original culture group. However, since China is not the origin of the turbot fish, the second way is mainly used. Under artificial culture, only half of the females will spawn during the production season, while the other half will postpone or not lay eggs. When choosing parent fish, you should choose young fish that are complete in appearance, bright in color, healthy, disease-free, dynamic, clustered and actively fed. Female fish have at least 3kg, body length at least 40cm, male fish at least 2kg, body length 30cm. The male-to-female ratio of entering the pool should be at 1:1 or 1purl 1.5.

3. Fish restocking

First of all, the culture density should be controlled and adjusted before stocking, and then the culture density should be adjusted appropriately according to the exchange volume of pond water and the growth of fish fry. If the exchange capacity of small fish in the pond water is six ranges a day, the culture density should be reduced appropriately. If it is greater than ten ranges a day, the culture density can be increased appropriately, and the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water can also decide whether to increase or decrease. The fish are sampled and weighed every month, and the culture area is used to regulate the culture density. The growth rate of some fish can not be reduced because of the density of culture, and the culture area can not be wasted due to the sparse culture.

4. Feeding and feeding

Turbot needs high protein in the growth process, compared with other carnivorous fish, the demand for fat is not very large, and if you put high-fat diet for a long time, it will reduce the liver function of the fish. Therefore, for the normal growth of turbot, the feed suitable for all stages of growth must be put into the feeding. At least 50% of the protein and 10% of the fat are needed in the feed at the seedling stage, and at least 45% and 13% of the fat at the nursery stage. When the turbot grows to a stage, the feed required is completely different, so the feed should be adapted to different growth stages when culturing turbot.

The above is a brief introduction to the breeding methods of turbot fish. When raising turbot fish, we should pay attention to artificial fertilization, because as mentioned earlier, only about half of the female fish will lay eggs during the production season. Therefore, in order to increase production, artificial insemination can be chosen to make more females lay eggs and increase the number of fish schools. In the process of breeding, attention should also be paid to changing water frequently, and the remaining feed should be fished out in time to prevent and control deteriorating sewage. Affect the healthy growth of turbot fish.
