The practice shows that the gentleman orchids raised by three pots of different plants are just different.
Many families like to raise magnolia, its leaves are green all the year round, the flowers are dazzling, and there is a gentleman's demeanor at home. Anyone who grows flowers knows that the most important thing to raise a gentleman's orchid is to plant materials. When I changed the pot for the orchid last year, I specially configured three kinds of planting materials for the three pots of magnolia. After more than a year of growth, I found that the effect was very different.
1. This pot of magnolia was transplanted with a mixture of rotten leaf soil, dried cow dung and river sand. It has been a year and a half since transplanting, and no fertilizer has been applied in the middle, but its long leaves are thick, black and green. Four or five leaves can be sent out every year, and they usually don't have to worry about it, that is, watering every ten or eight days is fine, and the management is very easy, but it is a pity that the leaves have not been scrubbed with water. There is a lot of dust on it, which looks very ugly. If the leaves are often sprayed with water, it will appear greenish and bright.
2. This pot of magnolia soil is made of pine needle soil and bark, and no fertilizer has been applied in the middle. It grows fairly well, but the leaves turn a little yellow, but the growth is obviously not as good as the pot above. If a little thin fertilizer is often applied in maintenance, the growth may not be much worse, but it is very troublesome to apply fertilizer in the middle. It is easy to burn roots if it is not applied well, so it is better to use the first plant material directly. You can still rub for a long time without fertilizing.
3, this pot of magnolia can obviously see that it does not grow very well, and the leaves below have turned yellow. it is made of garden soil mixed with bark, peanut shell and granular plant material. Although this kind of plant material seems to be very good, it is lack of nutrients, and watering is difficult to master. It is easy to harden if the garden soil is used too much, and it is easy to have empty roots if it is used less. If you had to choose the above three kinds of plants to cultivate Magnolia, which one would you choose?
