The annual "2018 Hsinchu International Kite Festival" will debut at the South Laos Kite Competition on September 8 and 9. Yesterday (3) Vice Mayor Shen Huihong joined hands with Hsinchu City stunt Kite Sports Association, Asian International Kite Federation and other kite talent to jointly fly the loving kite designed by Taiwan kite designer Su Tianfu, symbolizing the official launch of the event. Mayor Lin Zhijian said that this year, kites from seven countries in Europe, the United States and Asia were invited to make the sky in Hsinchu more colorful and lively.
