The average life expectancy of their women is 87.6 years. In our country, it was 35 in the 1950s, 57 in the 1960s and 67.88 now, a full 20 years behind Japan. This is unforgivable.

The advanced experience of Japan is that it takes the community as a unit and gives a health care class once a month. If you do not come to attend, you must make up the lesson.

The average age of our intellectuals is 58.5 years. The so-called balanced diet can be divided into two categories: drinking and eating.

Another effect of red wine is to lower blood pressure and blood lipids.

Many people have mentioned that they are not allowed to drink alcohol.

The World Health Organization is talking about "smoking cessation and alcohol restriction". It does not say that alcohol is not allowed to drink, and the alcohol limit is not more than 300 milliliters per day: no more than 300 milliliters of wine per day, no more than 5-10 milliliters of liquor per day, and no more than 300 milliliters of beer per day. If you exceed this amount is wrong, it is good not to exceed this amount.

We have no objection to walking in the morning, doing gymnastics, practicing Taijiquan and practicing Qigong, but if the middle-aged and elderly people exercise intensely in the morning, engage in long-distance running and climb Xiangshan, it will do more harm than good, and the mortality rate will be very high.

You may not die if you do not run long distance, or you may not die if you do not climb a mountain. This is called dying out of ignorance. As a result, you have hurt yourself.

The human body needs weak alkali. What is weak alkali? Vegetables, fruits.

We know that the most powerful emperors are the Chinese emperors. Not to mention far away, there were 13 emperors in the Qing Dynasty. Tongzhi died at the age of 19. Shunzhi was 23 years old, Xianfeng 31 and Guang Xu 38, but Qianlong lived to be 89 years old. He was very good at health care, and he was the champion among the emperors.

The origin of old corn, the American Medical Association conducted a census, found that the original Americans, Indians do not have high blood pressure, not a hardening of the arteries.

It turned out to be eating old corn. Later found that old corn contains a lot of lecithin, linoleic acid, glutamol, ve, so there is no hypertension and arteriosclerosis.

Why do many people eat lecithin now? I just hope the arteries don't get hardened.

But he doesn't know that old corn contains the most and doesn't have to spend much money. After this census, I corrected it immediately. I have been drinking corn porridge every day for six years in the United States.
