Succulent cutting is basically half of the case, some leaves grow roots, sometimes to wilt bar or a leaf, too dry do not root, too wet leaves will rot away! How come other people's succulent cuttings are so simple! The survival rate of succulent cuttings is low, so try these two methods.

1. Plastic bottles take root

The main purpose of this method is to improve the problem of water in the process of cutting. in this way, the succulent root system will grow strong and long without frequent spraying of water.

First of all, prepare a plastic bottle, just the bottle that you usually drink water. Change the head and cut off the tail. At the same time, prepare flowerpots and soil as well as ceramsite for cutting.

Cover the bottom with about 2 centimeters of ceramsite, then insert the bottle, then cover it with ordinary cutting soil. Just put the leaves on it.

When watering, all you have to do is pour it into the bottle. The soil will remain wet all the time. Choose a slightly larger instrument, you can put one at the diagonal position, the effect is better!

two。 Wash the vegetable basket

That's it, but the hole must be smaller. Mix vermiculite, peat soil and coconut bran with slightly larger particles and put them in the basket. Then put the succulent leaves on the surface. Then put the whole basket on a tray filled with water, the water in the tray is about 1-2 cm deep, usually less water can be replenished in time.

In fact, this is not a particularly esoteric principle, it is set in this way, it can increase the air permeability of the soil, it is not easy to accumulate water, and of course it is not easy to lack water. In general, it will definitely take root in two weeks, or even grow leaves!
