Leaves can make bonsai trees that produce leaves once a year sprout and sprout leaves many times. Picking leaves can make bonsai send out green leaves again, reproduce vibrant grace, make it more beautiful and have more ornamental value.

Fertilizer and water management should be strengthened about one month before picking leaves to promote new buds to sprout quickly and grow into tender leaves after picking leaves.

The time of picking leaves varies early and late according to the tree species and the ornamental period. But except that leaves can not be picked during natural sprouting in spring, leaves can be picked at other times, and it is generally best to pick leaves in spring and autumn. The number of picking leaves can also be determined according to different tree species and ornamental effects. Such as red maple picking leaves in summer, to the end of autumn can send out red and tender young leaves, more gorgeous and moving; Chinese wolfberry picked leaves twice in early summer and early autumn, the fruit will bear better; bamboo bonsai leaves are evergreen all the year round, but too dense leaves will also give people a bloated feeling, after thinning branches and leaves, show its vigorous and powerful, green and chic grace.

A unique bonsai exhibition-- the bonsai exhibition of flowers, birds, insects and fish in the North District of Hong Kong (2014) is a new way and a new realm. Huang Cheng-Cheng, president of Lingnan Bonsai Art Society of Hong Kong, incorporated daffodils sculptures into the display of bonsai, bringing a different kind of interest. Huang Zencheng's work "looking back and smiling" (Finch Plum, Narcissus). In an interview with our reporter, Hong Kong North District Council Chairman Su Xizhi (left) said that the North District Flower, Bird, insect and Fish Exhibition had been successfully held for 38 years, especially in the 28 years sponsored by the North District Council. It has become the most influential industry event in Hong Kong during the Christmas season. He believes that the creation of bonsai by Miao Pei bonsai materials advocated by Lingnan Bonsai Art Society of Hong Kong will be an important direction for the development of bonsai in Hong Kong in the future. On the right is Huang Chengcheng, president of Lingnan Bonsai Art Society of Hong Kong. The booth of the Hong Kong Lingnan Bonsai Art Society is elegantly designed, and the bonsai and daffodils compete with each other, attracting many visitors to stop to watch the bonsai exhibition area of this exhibition. only the Lingnan Bonsai Art Society of Hong Kong holds a series of activities in addition to bonsai exhibitions. They held eight lectures on bonsai and daffodils carving in four days. Fu Rentang (1 from right) and Wu Mei-pai (2 from right) gave demonstration lectures on bonsai with rocks. From the dazzling display on the podium, we can see how meticulous their preparations are. The lectures are aimed at the general public. in order for the public to understand and learn, the speaker will turn each key step into a physical object and circulate it among the audience. The picture shows the audience carefully studying the demonstration teaching aids. The winner of the bonsai group in this exhibition, the winner of the Chief Executive's wife Cup, Shan Song, was written by Fu Rentong and Wu Meiping's work "Xi". All the members of the Lingnan Bonsai Art Society of Hong Kong are all president Huang Zhengcheng students in the Amateur Learning Center of the Hong Kong Federation of Trade unions. Many of them are infatuated with bonsai art because of Huang's daffodil sculpture courses. The first lecture was demonstrated by Huang Shaofen, Lei Yongying, Wu Lihao and Zhuang Zhihua (from left to right). Xu Weiliang (right) and Li Shufen (left) perform the sculpture of mandarin ducks and daffodils. Mandarin duck daffodil works ou Jingwen, Chen Xiaoer and Liu Libing (from left to right) give lectures on the basic knowledge of selecting daffodils. Huang Cheng-Cheng's "Crazy" (Elm, Narcissus) Huang Cheng-Cheng's works "entrenched" (Fine-leaf Banyan, Narcissus) Huang became one of the Narcissus sculptures, Huang became the second of the Narcissus sculptures, Huang became the third of the Narcissus sculptures, Wang Zhaoming and Wang Huang Yingjun demonstrated and explained the carving modeling of the flower basket Narcissus Li Dehui lecture collection actually bonsai is not only three-dimensional art, it can be said to be five-dimensional art. The fourth dimension is time, and the fifth dimension is imagination space (that is, the artistic conception of creation). What's the difference between miniature bonsai? In addition to the size, there is no difference. A mature miniature bonsai also needs to meet the requirement of one inch and three bends. What are the characteristics of mini bonsai? Pile materials are easy to find, cheap, and can be planted on their own; creation time is relatively short; embellishment life; pottery temperament horticulture therapy; occupy small space, easy to take care of, solved a major problem limited by bonsai lovers' environment, and facilitate China's Lingnan bonsai to enter thousands of households. Rapid prototyping techniques for miniature bonsai: it takes at least three to five years to create a potted Lingnan bonsai. Seeing this, it may deter beginners. In view of this, in order to make Xiao Miao take shape in a short period of time, it is necessary to use aluminum wire. Miniature bonsai basin: the first choice is Yixing purple sand basin, because Yixing purple sand basin is the most suitable for mini bonsai because of its fine workmanship and elegant color. 1. Usually double-pole type, big tree type, kapok type are suitable to use rectangular basin or egg basin. two。 Shuiying and vegetarian trees are suitable for round or square pots. 3. Cliff and moon fishing are suitable for high barrel basin or square bucket basin. 4. Hanging basins should be used on hanging cliffs. 5. The jungle type is more suitable to use shallow goose egg basin. A good match of pots will greatly improve the ornamental value of bonsai. Several aspects: rectangular basin, goose egg basin should be equipped with rectangular low several; square bucket basin should be equipped with high square several. Li Dehui's work "Spring breeze" Liang Yuqun's birthday wife's work Chen Xiaoer Fujian Tea (1) during the growth and development of trees, the tender parts at the top of the new shoots are removed, which is called heart-picking. Coring can promote axillary bud germination, how long branches, expand the crown, and at the same time inhibit the excessive growth of branches. The time and times of picking hearts have a lot to do with tree species. Such as pines, it is appropriate to sprout in the new buds, but before the needle is put off, the bud core is about 2 + 3, leaving only a small part at the base. In the future, two lateral buds will sprout here and new branches will sprout in two directions. For evergreen broad-leaved trees and deciduous trees that are prone to new shoots, the heart of the leaves can be removed when the new shoots sprout and grow 3 leaves. When new branches and leaves sprout again, pick the heart in the same way. Such repeated operation can achieve the purpose of making the crown plump. (2) when trees sprout, many buds often sprout at the same time. In order to ensure the concentrated supply of water and nutrients, it is necessary to retain good buds and remove unnecessary buds to form an ideal tree shape. For the strong sprouting elm, June snow and other tree species, we should pay more attention to erase the buds that are not conducive to modeling at any time. (3) picking leaves and picking leaves can promote the germination of new leaves. Some tree species, such as elm and bauhinia, can make their big leaves smaller and more elegant by picking leaves. Some colored-leaf wood species, such as maples and pomegranates, can make their leaves more colorful by picking leaves. However, the removal of leaves, due to the photosynthesis of these leaves, will make the stump lose the opportunity to accumulate nutrients, and for some weak stumps, it may cause plant weakness or even death. Therefore, it is best to pick leaves from the stumps that are growing vigorously. Before picking leaves, potted trees should apply 2Murray nitrogen fertilizer three times and put it in a place with plenty of sunshine, so that it can fully carry out photosynthesis, accumulate nutrients and improve its ability to sprout new leaves. When picking leaves, to retain the petiole to protect axillary buds, generally 1 month or so can grow new leaves. Picking leaves should be divided into 3 Murray 4 times, and each time all the leaves should be removed, with an interval of about 1 week between the two adjacent times. After picking leaves, the transpiration is weakened, so watering should be controlled to avoid excessive soil moisture and root rot. Generally, new leaves can grow after picking leaves for about 20 days. (4) the method of cutting off part of the annual branches is called truncation. Truncation can quickly increase the branching level of branches. Generally speaking, it is the top pruning of the branches of a tree, which can make the appearance of the tree fuller. According to the number of cut parts, the short section can be divided into short cut, medium short cut, and heavy short cut. The truncation generally cuts off the first tip of the branch, removing the top growth advantage of the branch, forming more medium and short branches, making the tree shape fuller and thickening the mother branch. Medium and short truncation generally refers to the cutting off the tip of the branch 1, 2, Murray, 3, 5, to form more medium-long branches, which may promote the growth of branches. Heavy truncation refers to the retention of the branches of 1 stroke 5, which can promote the growth of 2 strong branches of 1 Murray under the shearing mouth, which is generally used to cultivate trunk branches. (5) the section in which perennial branches are cut off is called shearing. Shearing is the main pruning technique of "storing branches and cutting stems" of Lingnan School, creating a variety of tortuous and vigorous shapes, such as "chicken claw branch", "deer horn branch" and so on. Shearing can not only dwarf the tree type, but also enhance the expression of the branches, constantly shrunk the branches, and increase the level of bonsai. (6) sparse branches cut off annual or perennial branches that affect the shape of bonsai from the base. Branch thinning weakens the whole pile and removes the unwanted branches, which can ensure the adequate supply of nutrients and water for the remaining branches, and improve the ventilation and light transmission conditions, which is beneficial to the growth of the stump. Thinning branches should also make the pile shape more beautiful.
