Bo Lin has always wanted to build a dream "Lushe" on the mountain, a place where she can smell birdsong, rest with sunset, enjoy flowers, grow vegetables, drink and drink tea. She named it "Menglu"!

In 13 years, she and her husband visited Nanshan Lake. By chance, they saw a cottage on the mountain, which was later called "Menglu". Because the original owner was in urgent need of money, he sold it to Mr. and Mrs. Bolin at a low price.

What is surprising is that this three-story villa facing the lake, with a large garden of more than 1,000 square meters, finally has the opportunity to create a pastoral life in her heart!

Menglu built according to the mountain, the whole is a half hillside, the slope is a barren garden weeds, want to transform, the difficulty can be imagined!

The whole building is divided into six-story functional areas, including a large garden, a two-story house and a small garden, a three-story vegetable garden, a four-story corridor, a five-story orchard, a six-story pavilion and a sunshine room. Huahua will focus on the transformation of gardens, vegetable gardens and orchards.

Garden renovation 1: create the beauty of the entrance and the eastern sitting area

Go up the mountain road to the entrance of the garden. There is an arched iron gate at the entrance. The construction of the courtyard gate is very important. Bo Lin added an arched iron frame on the doorway to prepare for the climbing of the rose rose in the future.

On the right side of the courtyard gate, with the help of sloping land, two three-dimensional fish ponds with strong hierarchical sense have been built.

This fish pond is the soul and eyes of the whole garden. With water, the garden becomes smart.

Bo Lin planted flowers such as water lilies, drunken fish plants and spring onions in the fish pond, while Gesang flowers, calamus and irises were planted at the edge of the fish pond.

To the east of the garden is a barren grass garden, which needs to be transformed into a small garden.

The staircase was built, the path was paved with bluestone, and then shrubs and plants were transplanted. there was a corner at the end of the path, and Bolin turned it into a rest area:

Garden renovation II: building circular trails and planting all kinds of flowers and plants

Because the garden is a sloping slope, we must first take measures to local conditions, build a circular trail, connect everywhere at the same time, but also create a winding path, step by step to change the effect!

The hillside vegetation is bare and overgrown with weeds. In the process of building the path, weeds should be removed and flowers and trees should be planted at the same time.

Plant cherry blossom trees, red maple and other woody plants on the periphery of the slope, plant low bushes around the path, and sprinkle a handful of grass flower seeds under the bushes, which should be constantly adjusted and plump during the period!

In this way, there are big trees, shrubs and flowers, and the plants in the garden gradually have a sense of hierarchy.

The stone steps paved with bluestone slab extend to the staircase at the entrance of the two-story house.
