Sand ginseng can be used as medicine, when used, it can also be used to make tea and make medicinal meals, the efficacy is very good, and the goose is very simple to use, and regular consumption can improve the body's immunity and nourish the spleen and stomach, and so on. So how to grow sand ginseng, then let the pro-agriculture network to tell you.

1. Select the best species.

There are not many varieties of sand ginseng, but there is a big difference between south sand ginseng and north sand ginseng, although there is a great difference in efficacy, but the planting method is more or less the same, then the first thing to do in planting sand ginseng is to select seeds. High-quality seeds fundamentally determine the quality and yield of sand ginseng, we generally choose seeds with more full particles, and are not damaged by diseases and insect pests. This can improve the germination rate and survival rate of sand ginseng.

2. Land selection and preparation

Although sand ginseng likes light, it is not resistant to high temperature, so we have to choose the land where the sun can not shine directly. at the same time, the soil moisture should not be too high, and it is also prone to disease. we usually choose to plant in loose sand or loess, the second is that the soil drainage system must be good, and finally, can not be planted in continuous cropping soil. Be sure to dig deep when preparing the soil, so that the germs and pests in the deep layer of the soil can be removed, and the labor can be reduced for later field management. finally, sprinkle enough farm fertilizer and potash and phosphate fertilizer as base fertilizer, and then level the ground.

3. Sowing seeds at the right time

There are three sowing times for sand ginseng: first, from mid-March to early April every spring, then from early June to early July every summer, and finally from the end of August to mid-September every year. The temperature and various conditions of these three time periods are more in line with the requirements for the growth of sand ginseng, and sowing during this period is beneficial to the survival of sand ginseng.

4. Reasonable density

When sowing, we should pay attention to whether transplanting or direct seeding, reasonable planting density is a necessary condition for high yield of sand ginseng. In the case of live broadcast, we usually make small ditches in the whole land line, then sow seeds according to the row width of 15 cm and plant width of 10 cm, and then cover the seeds with soil. The distance between transplanting is the same as that of direct seeding, and more than 100,000 plants can be planted per mu. Of course, we can also adjust the distance between plants according to the fertility of the soil.

5. Scientific management

There are a lot of things about management, so let's talk about it bit by bit. After the emergence of sand ginseng seedlings, we need to carry out inter-seedling and replenishment of seedlings, and finally planting, after planting, we need to carry out a watering to ensure the survival rate in the field. Secondly, about a week after planting, we need to carry out the first ploughing, weeding and fertilization, mainly urea or fecal water, and weeding at the same time so that nutrients can be fully utilized. Then when the plant grows to about 25 to 30 centimeters, we also need to water, fertilize and weed again, which should be combined. This time it is mainly suitable for spraying potash fertilizer and irrigating roots. In addition, one more fertilization is needed until the flowering stage, which is consistent with the second fertilization.
