I. Stem

The Vajra stem is cylindrical, the upper part has more branches, there are 5 ridges that are not obvious, the ridge is spirally arranged, the color is green, and the pith is nearly pentagonal.

2. Leaves

Vajra leaves alternate, fleshy, usually five rows growing on the apical ridge of shoots, Obovate or Obovate-oblong to spatulate, ca. 4.5-12 cm long and 1.3-30.8 cm wide, apex with a small convex tip, obtusely rounded, base gradually narrowed, entire, petiole short, veins obscure, stipules spiny.

Third, flowers

Inflorescences dichotomous axillary, base stalked, 2 bracts, involucral bracts broad bell-shaped, lobes semicircular, margin ciliate, like inner bend. There are many male flowers, the bracts are filiform and the female flower is one.
