What are the common types of hanging orchids?
There are many kinds of hanging orchids, each with different forms and characteristics. There are five common types of orchids, namely, orchids, purple orchids, flower orchids, gold leaf orchids and silver orchids.
Hanging orchid
The branches and stems are not separated from the leaves, the leaves are drooping, and the leaves are dark green. They bloom in June or July every year, and there are two kinds of flowers: yellowish and white.
Purple orchid
Branches into nodes, each node leaves, petiole all purplish red, leaves thick and glossy, all drooping, blooming from June to October every year, pink in color.
Flower orchid
The branches are trailing, the branches and leaves are drooping, the leaves are peach-shaped, the edges of the leaves are golden, and pass through the center of the veins, and the back of the leaves is purple and gives off light.
Phnom Penh hanging orchid
On the green leaves, there are yellow lines around the leaves, which look especially good.
Silver-edged orchid
Green leaves, by the white edge, more bright, watch up, more distinctive.
