Hydroponic culture method of cactus
Cactus is a kind of stems, leaves, flowers have high ornamental value, hydroponic cactus is a kind of fine art, it has the role of absorbing electromagnetic radiation, but also a natural air freshener, put a basin of hydroponic cactus next to your computer, not only has a good ornamental, but also can play a positive role in your health, let's take a look at the cactus aquaculture method!
Can cactus be hydroponically cultured?
Cactus can be hydroponically cultivated. Hydroponic cactus is the plant that originally grows in the soil, after hydroponic cultivation, and then cultured in the nutrient solution, the so-called "water" actually refers to the hydroponic nutrient solution, according to the different density of the nutrient solution, we can see that the hydroponic cactus is similar to water. Hydroponic cactus is cultivated and then transformed into hydroponic cactus.
Hydroponic culture method of cactus
1. Choose the cactus with strong sphere, that is, the plant protruding downward from the lower rhizome of the sphere, and the cactus grafted with Mitsubishi sword.
2. Cut off the original dead root under the fairy sphere, then wash it with clean water and dry it, after the cactus mutagenesis to remove the soil root, put it into the ammonia-free nutrient solution whose water level can not exceed the whole bottle.
3. Buy two magnets with a diameter of 6cm to 10cm and put them into utensils in order to magnetize the nutrient solution and speed up the emergence of aquatic roots.
4. Put the planted cactus in an environment with strong scattered light, and the temperature is kept above 20 degrees Celsius. It usually takes 3 to 7 days to send out water roots. Change the nutrient solution immediately after the emergence of water rooting. It is forbidden to spray water on the cactus in the process of mutagenesis, which can easily lead to the decay and necrosis of the sphere.
Daily nursing of cactus hydroponics
1. Keep the temperature of the culture environment at 5: 30 ℃, which is suitable for the growth of hydroponic plants and cactus.
2. To ensure that the hydroponic cactus has enough light time, it is not necessary to be exposed to the sun, and try to avoid direct sunlight in summer.
3. Hydroponic cactus needs to change water regularly and clean its roots: change the water about 7 days in summer and 10-15 days in winter, add a few drops of special nutrient solution for hydroponic cactus, wash off the root mucus regularly with clean water, cut off the old and rotten roots, and then clean the utensils. For each change of water, the interface of the water should be 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 of the submerged roots, and the rest of the roots should be exposed to the air.
4. in order to prevent the occurrence of leaf dryness, spraying foliar moisturizing with clear water during daily nursing, it is best to spray foliar fertilizer once a week, which can not only provide nutrition for leaves, increase foliar luster, but also resist low temperature in winter.
Note: the cactus which has been formed and achieved the ornamental effect can be mutagenized with clear water, because the goal of cultivation is to maintain the original shape, gravel and perlite can only be used as the medium to fix the plant or maintain the rhizome in the planting cup. the mutagenesis of water roots and ventilatory tissue must be carried out in a water environment.
