Life is a mirror. If you smile at it, it smiles at you; if you cry to it, it cries to you. In fact, life is what you think it is. If you always frown, life will be bleak; if you always have a good heart, life will be sunny. If you dream of success, the opportunity will slowly approach you.

In ancient times, there was a respected monk who especially loved growing orchids. In addition to giving lectures, he planted many orchids and took good care of them every day. One day, he was going out to give a lecture, so he told the young monks in the temple to take care of the orchids.

After the master left, the little monk took good care of the orchids every day. But one day, while watering a pot of orchids at the top of the flower rack, the little monk accidentally fell and knocked the flower rack over. all the flowerpots were broken and scattered all over the ground, and many orchids were broken.

Master and apprentice

After the young monk broke master's orchid, he felt so uneasy that he couldn't eat or sleep well every day. A few days later, when the master returned from his lecture, the young monk made amends to the master with fear.

The master looked at the tearful little monk. Instead of blaming him, he kindly comforted him. "then, Master, are you sure you are not angry with me?" The young monk spared him because he thought the master felt sorry for his youth.

The master smiled and said, "I raise orchids for the Buddha. I don't plant flowers to get angry."
