I. stems and leaves

Wild chrysanthemum stems scattered or erect. The stem branches have sparse hairs, with more hairs on the upper part and on the flower branches. The middle stem and leaves are long-ovate, elliptic-ovate or ovate, pinnately lobed or divided with serrated edges, near-heart-shaped or truncated base, almost the same color on both sides, light green in color, or olive on both sides after drying.

II. Flowers

Wild chrysanthemum is a head, 1.5-2.5 cm in diameter, mostly in corymbose panicles or a few corymbose inflorescences at the top of stem branches. The involucre has about 5 layers, the outer layer is ovate triangle or ovate, the middle layer is ovate, and the inner layer is long oval. Involucral bracts are white or brown in color. The top is obtuse or round. The color of the ligulate flowers is yellow. The florescence is from June to November.
