Today's orchid market is hot, all kinds of valuable flowers emerge in endlessly, there are many bright colors, exuberant seedlings, the price is still very cheap, it is necessary to pay more attention to the possibility that it is fake grass, recently, some orchids inadvertently bought fake orchids, 1000 yuan was lost, the heart is really collapsed, the routine is deep! In fact, it is not difficult to identify fake orchids, because artificial fakes are often unnatural, such as different shapes and colors of lips, traces of glue in their adhesive parts, and so on, which can be seen by ordinary consumers as long as they distinguish them carefully. here's how to look at leaves and identify precious orchids.

1. False flowers: or cut off the flowers of the famous Guilan (such as the flowers of the better varieties of Cymbidium, safflower orchid, orchid) and insert them into the Reed head or two-leaf base of the common orchid, fixed with glue, bandaged with water moss, exposing only leaves and flower branches, and sold as precious orchids. Or insert a white plastic bud into an ordinary orchid head and wrap it with water moss, revealing only the white "flower bud" and sell it as a vegetarian orchid. Or use chemicals to inject into the Reed head of orchids that are about to bloom to promote white flowers and sell them as vegetarian orchids. This kind of orchid is bought home and planted for ten days and half a month, and the Reed will rot.

2. False leaves: or scratch or wear out the edges or raised veins of green leaves to make them appear yellow or white "lines" to be sold as line orchids. Cymbidium (vein thick) is the most likely to make this kind of fake. Or use paint to draw yellow or white lines on harder orchid leaves (mostly Taiwan orchid or ink orchid) to sell. Or at the end of the leaf grinding out a vague line for "claw" or "sweep the tail" to sell. Or cut off the long leaves of the same orchid, leaving only short leaves to be sold as "dwarf orchids". Or the orchid with yellowing or macular leaves due to poor growth is sold as "strange leaves" or "spots". The identification of this kind of leaf mainly depends on whether the edge of the plaque is clear, whether it can still play photosynthesis, whether its yellow has a healthy luster, and so on.

3. False plant: or sell the seedling orchid plant as a dwarf orchid. Or cut off all the other uncharacteristic leaves of orchids with only one or two orchids and sell them as Qiye orchids. This kind of orchid is just like an ordinary orchid when it comes out of new leaves. Or cut off all the old leaves in some yellowed orchid plants when they sprout, leaving only slightly yellowed buds, when Ye Yilan makes "tiger spots" to sell.

4. False varieties: or sell Ophiopogon japonicus as a line magnolia. Or sell the silver-edged evergreen seedlings as silver orchids or even Damolan. Or sell the seedlings of Cymbidium as a round-tailed Cymbidium (precious species). Or sell the general Jian orchid with better plants as Yongfu and Longyan.
