Nowadays, Yiguang Garden recruits bonsai apprentices and uses a new model to train professional bonsai craftsmen.

Where there is a word, faith comes first. If it is not appropriate, do not promise lightly. Apprentices in Yiguang Park need to have good conduct, respect their teachers, bear hardships and stand hard work, and love bonsai careers. If you fail to meet the above four requirements, please do not sign up. No educational background, no gender, under 35 years of age, zero foundation is also acceptable.

The study is a three-year system, with an one-month probation period for new students. During the apprenticeship, the experience of bonsai planting and conservation will be taught in five stages.

The first order, understand to distinguish varieties, learn to grasp the principles and skills of watering, learn the basic principles of botany and plant nutrition for three months, pass the examination to enter the next learning link, those who do not pass continue to learn the first step.

The second order, study plant pathology, learn the ways and types of plant reproduction, learn the characteristics and reproduction methods of basic bonsai varieties, learn the basic appreciation of bonsai, study for three months, and pass the examination to enter the next learning link. Those who fail to pass continue to learn the second step.

Third, learn the basic skills of bonsai production: aluminum wire ligation, the method of taking the bend, the method of changing the basin, the basic principle of Shili production, the basic way of pruning, the daily maintenance method of bonsai, the study time of six months, and pass the examination to enter the next learning link. Those who fail to pass continue to learn the third step.

Fourth, learn the basic modeling principles of bonsai, learn the basic modeling methods of seedling cultivation, master advanced bonsai maintenance techniques, and accurately distinguish and judge bonsai pathology. The study time is one year, the examination passes into the next learning link, and those who fail to pass the examination continue to study level 4.

Step 5, learn advanced bonsai modeling skills, learn the spatial layout of bonsai, learn the creativity of bonsai, and learn the creation of bonsai materials at different stages. Learn the management of bonsai, master bonsai sales skills.
