First, the difference between trees

Longya flower is a kind of shrub or small tree with a height of 3-5m. Paulownia is a kind of tall tree, its height can reach 20m. Therefore, compared with the two, the smaller one is the dragon tooth flower.

Second, the difference between leaves

Both of them are pinnately compound leaves, but the leaflets of Longya flower are rhomboid ovate, with a length of 4-10cm and a width of 2.5-7cm, while the leaflets of paulownia are broadly ovate or rhomboid-ovate, with length and width between 15-30cm. So the leaflet of Longya flower is smaller than that of paulownia flower. In addition, the petiole of paulownia usually has no thorns, while the petiole of Longya flower sometimes has small thorns.

Third, the difference between flowers

The flower of Longya flower is crimson, with short pedicel, the length of inflorescence can reach more than 30cm, while the flower of paulownia is red, the length of inflorescence is 10-16cm. Therefore, compared with the two, the longer inflorescence is Longya flower.
