Recently, the Spring Festival holiday is approaching, can worry about a lot of flower friends, because to go back home for the Spring Festival, but also worry about the home plants because so long no one watered and died in the past, in fact, not only the Spring Festival, sometimes want to travel or want to go far away, always worry about these plants at home, if there is a way to automatically supplement water to plants would be good. Don't worry, pro-agricultural network to introduce you to a few "no watering method."

1. Cover bag method

When we are about to leave, water the plant first, and then cover the whole plant with a plastic bag. Be careful not to cover it tightly. Give the plant some room for ventilation, otherwise it may cause disease because it is too stuffy. The principle of this method is to collect water evaporated by plants for secondary use. The evaporated water forms droplets on plastic bags, and the droplets return to the soil for plant use.

II. Sand burial method

This method is usually more suitable for small plants, too big to control. The plants will be directly out of the basin, even buried in the soil together with the wet sand basin, in order to ensure the moisture of the sand, we can also fill the mineral water bottle filled with a few small holes buried in the soil.

III. Sitting basin method

This method, like the one above, is more suitable for small potted plants. The method is to prepare a large pot, put the potted plant directly into the large pot, then water the potted plant thoroughly, and then put water into the large pot. The height of the water in the large pot should not exceed half of the potted soil. In this way, according to the principle of the connector, the bottom of the potted plant will remain moist, and the upper soil will not be too moist.

IV. Drainage method

This is one of the easiest ways to choose a towel with good water absorption, put a pot of water on the edge of the flowerpot, put one end of the towel in the water, and bury the other end into the soil of the flowerpot, so that the flowerpot can be loosened by the towel. Is that easy?

5. Drip irrigation method

This method is also relatively easy to operate, hang a bottle of water on the top of the flower pot, drill a small hole at the mouth of the bottle, and replenish the soil of the flower pot in the form of water drops. However, the difficulty of this method lies in the difficulty of controlling the speed of water flow. If the hole is too big, the water may drip out before the person walks, and if the hole is too small, it may not drip out. Later, an enhanced version of drip irrigation method was invented, which is to insert water directly into the soil. The hole is not too big, and the soil is replenished by infiltration.

The above is the "unmanned watering method" collected by the pro-agricultural network for everyone. The pro-agricultural network should add a little here. In fact, most plants are dormant in winter, and the requirements for water are not very large. When we use the above methods to water, we must pay attention to a degree, especially for some plants that are more drought-tolerant and waterlogging tolerant. We only need to irrigate them once. After all, it's better to let plants dry for two days than drown.
