1. Temperature: volvariella volvacea is a high-temperature fungus, the growth and development temperature is 10-44 ℃, the temperature requirements for different growth and development stages are different, the germination temperature of basidiospore is 30-40 ℃, the mycelium can grow at 10-44 ℃, and the optimum temperature for fruiting body development is 28-32 ℃.

When the air humidity is less than 80%, the fruiting body grows slowly, the surface is rough and dull, and when the air humidity is higher than 96%, the mushroom body is prone to necrosis and disease.

3. Illumination: the vegetative growth stage of volvariella volvacea does not require strict light, and it can grow normally under the condition of no light, and light induction is needed to produce fruiting body in the reproductive growth stage. But avoid strong light, suitable for lighting 50~100lx, the color of the fruiting body is related to the intensity of light.

4. Nutrients: glucose, fructose, sucrose, peptone, asparagine and glutamine are all good carbon and nitrogen sources of volvariella volvacea, while rice straw, waste cotton and bagasse are the main materials for cultivating straw mushroom.

5. Ph value: the pH of volvariella volvacea was between 4 and 10.3, and the germination rate of basidiospores was the highest in pH7.5, and in the mycelium and fruiting body stage, pH4.7~6.5 and 8 were suitable.

Planting methods of volvariella volvacea

1. The suitable time for cultivation: early sowing of volvariella volvacea is not conducive to growth because of low temperature, and too late sowing affects the production of vegetables in autumn and winter. After the production of vegetables in winter and spring is over, the garden can be cleared, disinfected in greenhouse and fumigated with sulfur. At the same time, the soil was treated with dichlorvos or trichlorfon.

3. Cultivation methods

4. Cultivation and management
