Bupleurum, also known as ground smoked, mountain vegetables, mushroom grass, etc., is the herbal medicine included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The medicinal parts are the dried roots of Bupleurum in the umbrella family Bupleurum or narrow-leaf Bupleurum. Bupleurum is commonly cultivated in Northeast, North, Northwest, East China, Hubei and Sichuan. Let's take a look at the price and planting method of Bupleurum.

How much is Bupleurum per jin?

The price of Bupleurum is about 50-70 yuan per jin, but it varies greatly due to quality, origin, market and other different prices. Bupleurum is a commonly used antidote. It is excavated in spring and autumn and dried after removing stems, leaves and silt. according to different characters, it is accustomed to North Bupleurum and South Bupleurum respectively. Bupleurum is of good quality in the place of origin, generally about 90,100 yuan per jin, the price of domestic Bupleurum is about 40,60 yuan, and the price of Bupleurum with pole is about 50 yuan.

Breeding methods of Bupleurum

1. Seed propagation

① seed treatment: two years after Bupleurum planting, mature seeds were collected in September for drying, threshing and storage. before sowing, the seeds were soaked in 50 μ g / g 6-BA for 24 hours, then 1 seed and 3 parts of wet sand were accumulated in a container, and the seeds could be sowed after about 12 days.

② sowing method: the spring sowing of Bupleurum was carried out in late March, the row spacing of strip sowing was 30 cm, and the row spacing of hole sowing was 23-27 cm. The seeds were mixed with plant ash, then sowed, covered with soil and covered with wheat stalk, and then watered with 1: 1.5 jin of seeds per mu. Autumn sowing before freezing, others are the same as spring sowing.

2. Seedling raising and transplanting

① seed sowing: Bupleurum seeds were sowed or striped in late March, and the seeds were made bad on the finished border surface during sowing. The seeds were evenly scattered on the border surface and covered with soil. During strip sowing, the seeds were planted in trenches according to the row spacing of 10 cm, and then covered with soil and grass and watered.

Transplanting ② seedlings: Bupleurum emerged about 10 days after sowing. When the root diameter was 2mm and the root length was 5cm, the seedlings were transplanted. In cloudy days, the sturdy, disease-free seedlings were selected according to the row spacing of 25 cm and 10 cm, and watered immediately after planting to ensure survival.

Planting method of Bupleurum

1, land selection and land preparation: Chaihu Xi warm and humid climate, cold-resistant, drought-resistant and waterlogged, it is appropriate to select loam and sandy loam or gentle slope land with deep, loose and fertile soil and good drainage, plough and harrow many times before planting, and apply 30,000 kg of rotten barnyard manure as base fertilizer.

2. The seedlings of Bupleurum chinense appeared 12-15 days after sowing. When the seedlings reached 4-5 cm, the seedlings were fixed for the first time, and the overdense seedlings and weak diseased seedlings were dropped. When the seedling height reached 8-10 cm, the seedlings should be fixed at 67.5-825000 plants per hectare.

3. Replanting and weeding: Bupleurum should be replanted if there are missing plants in the field, and the seedlings should be watered in time. After the plants are closed, they will no longer be ploughed, and weeds will only be pulled out by hand to avoid root damage and yield reduction. Generally, chemical herbicides are not used to weed.

4. Rational fertilization: the first seedling fertilizer of Bupleurum was combined with middle tillage during the first interseedling, the second seedling application was combined with middle tillage when the seedling was fixed, and the third topdressing was carried out when the seedling height was 30cm to 40cm. Potassium fertilizer alone could be foliar sprayed with organic potassium fertilizer.

5. Clearing ditches and dehumidification: Bupleurum likes to grow in a humid environment, but it is most afraid of water impregnation in the ground. It is necessary to clean the ditches in time before the rainy season to ensure smooth drainage and reduce the occurrence of field diseases.

6. Removing iniquity and bolting: the aboveground part of Bupleurum grows vigorously, half of the annual plants can bolting and flowering, all the biennial plants can bolting and blooming, and the tillers and new bolting buds can be removed in time, which can promote the accumulation and expansion of plant root nutrition.

7. Pest control: in the prevention and control of Bupleurum diseases and insect pests, we should follow the prevention and control methods of not applying heavy metal pesticides and high toxic and high residue pesticides, giving priority to agricultural measures, and adopting biological pesticides or high-efficiency and low-toxic pesticides.
