Wild boar breeding model
Wild boar is a kind of pig that sells well in the market at present, but due to the sharp decrease in the number of wild pigs, artificial breeding of wild boar is becoming more and more popular in our country. At present, there are two mainstream ways, one in captivity and the other in captivity. I will introduce some information about these two modes below.
1. Captive breeding
Breeding process: first of all, we should choose a piece of land with good lighting, and secondly, the pigsty construction should be improved, and the self-breeding room and other rooms should be raised separately according to the pig breed size to avoid the harm of big pigs to small pigs. Feed was used to match forage during feeding, and forage accounted for more in the early stage and forage in the later stage. The enclosure should be cleaned and the sick wild boar should be quarantined in time. Wild boars with tusks should also be removed in time to avoid serious damage during fighting.
Advantages and disadvantages: this is suitable for mass breeding, based on quantity, with perfect technology to create a high yield of wild boar. The sales channel is relatively wide, the output is stable, the survival rate is relatively high, and the economic benefit is rapid and significant. The upfront investment cost is on the high side, the schedule management time is long, and the disease prevention should be in place, otherwise it is easy to reduce production in large quantities. It is more vulnerable to market price fluctuations, resulting in damage to economic interests.
2. Stocking
Breeding process: in addition to the pig species, the most important thing is to select the site, the lighting of the site is better, the trees should be dominated by low bushes, and the tall trees should be less, so it is easy to observe. The second is that the surrounding fence should be strong, and a shelter for rest and protection from the rain should be suggested in the middle. To make regular inspections, the food fed should basically be forage and keep it natural. Secondly, tusks should also be removed, because wild boars prefer to fight.
Advantages and disadvantages: this is to imitate the breeding method of natural wild boar, which ensures enlightening breeding by artificial way after maintaining the natural nature of wild boar. The wild boar raised in this way tastes delicate and chewy, and the price will be relatively high. The early investment is less, and it is less affected by the market. This is generally not suitable for large-scale aquaculture, generally medium level is about the same, the growth cycle is longer, income return is slow, need to be patient.
The mainstream aquaculture in China can basically be divided into these two types. If the economic foundation is good, it is suggested to choose the mode of captive breeding, and the relatively centralized income of management is also fast. If there is a shortage of funds, you can use stocking and use leisure time to get high profit returns. You'd better choose according to your own local actual situation.
