Identification method of invalidated pesticides
In agricultural production, once ineffective pesticides are misused, light will have no control effect, and serious will lead to crop damage, resulting in reduced yield or even no harvest. The following is to introduce several identification methods of invalid pesticides to readers.
If the appearance of this kind of pesticide is damp, it can form a wet mass when it is held by hand, which is a semi-invalid pesticide; if it forms a soft lump, it will all fail. Normal dry powder pesticides should have no moisture absorption caking phenomenon.
Wettable powder type take a few pesticides into the container, add an appropriate amount of water to make it into a paste, and then add a small amount of water to stir evenly, sit and observe. If it is an unspoiled pesticide, its suspensibility is better, the precipitation rate of powder particles is slower, and the precipitate is very little. On the contrary, pesticides with different degrees of failure or deterioration should be used with caution.
Emulsions in the identification of this kind of pesticides, you can first shake the bottle, rest for about an hour before observation. If there is a phenomenon of stratification, it means that the pesticide has failed. In addition, the medicine bottle can also be put into warm water, to be observed after heat absorption, if it is an unspoiled pesticide, the sediment in the bottle will slowly dissolve or even disappear completely; on the contrary, it will be an invalid pesticide.
