1. Fertilizer and water management

Jackfruit is a kind of fruit harvested for many years, so its fertilizer and water management is different in different periods. For example, at the beginning of planting, we should deeply apply base fertilizer, that is, dig a hole about 30 cm deep in the whole ground, pour fertilizer into it, and then plant trees. This time, fertilizer is generally used from livestock manure. The second is that jackfruit trees in the seedling stage need to be fertilized once a month on average, mainly urea and nitrogen fertilizer to promote the growth of branches and leaves. When jackfruit trees grow for almost two years, they begin to enter the fruiting period. Then, at least three fertilizers need to be applied during this period. The most important is to promote flower fertilizer and strong fruit fertilizer. Generally, farm manure, potassium fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer and boron fertilizer are used to promote flower bloom and fruit growth. Remember to fertilize and water at the same time.

2. Intertillage and weeding

There are several purposes for intertillage weeding, the first is to avoid unnecessary nutrient consumption, the second is to enhance soil permeability and improve the immunity of fruit trees, and the third is to promote the growth of fruit trees and shorten the growth period. The fruit trees in the seedling stage need to be weeded four to five times a year on average, which can make the fruit trees grow faster. When the fruit trees are mature, they only need to be weeded three times a year, usually in the spring of each year, in the early stage of fruiting and after harvesting. This can improve the fruiting rate and service life of jackfruit.

As for fruit cracking, it can be prevented as long as the water and light are kept in a stable state during the fruit growth period. 5. Garden cleaning
