Pineapple is also called pineapple. Pineapple is a tropical fruit like jackfruit. Although jackfruit has higher nutritional value than pineapple, more people may prefer the taste of pineapple, because the pineapple has a delicate fragrance after ripening. It smells so good that people just want to taste it. With the progress of planting technology in recent years, the planting scope of pineapple has been expanded, so today the pro-agricultural network will teach you how to fertilize pineapple.

1. Heavy application of base fertilizer

Base fertilizer is the largest amount of fertilizer needed in the whole growth period of pineapple, because it needs to meet the growth needs of pineapple for at least one year, so base fertilizer plays a very important role in the whole growth process of pineapple. Only by applying enough base fertilizer can the output of pineapple be guaranteed. We usually use farm rotten fertilizer or organic fertilizer. Of course, we can mix an appropriate amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in the middle, of which phosphate fertilizer is used too much. We need to pay attention to reasonable collocation, otherwise it will be counterproductive.

2. Apply seedling fertilizer frequently

Pineapple seedlings need to grow to a certain period of time to produce pineapple, and its growth period takes at least six or seven months, so we can apply less fertilizer each time, but we must apply it frequently, so that we can better grasp the amount of nutrients needed for pineapple growth. For example, once when pineapple seedlings grow about nine leaves, once when 20 leaves are applied, and finally before flowering, the first and second times are dominated by nitrogen fertilizer, supplemented by phosphorus and potash fertilizer. The third time is dominated by potash fertilizer, supplemented by phosphate fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer. Don't be mistaken, because if you apply nitrogen fertilizer for the third time, the flowering period will be delayed, so you will miss the best fruiting period.

3. Scientific flower fertilizer

If there is no problem with the seedling fertilizer, then the florescence usually appears in December, then we can apply flower fertilizer at the end of November, of course, we can also apply it again in December, but if we start applying flower fertilizer at the end of November, it can promote flowering, increase fruit setting efficiency, protect the fruit, and the phenomenon of fruit drop will be greatly reduced. We can use urea and potash fertilizer in a ratio of one to one to irrigate, so that the fruit is more stable in size and looks very neat.

4. Reasonable fruit fertilizer

Fruit fertilizer is a key step, because it not only determines the yield and quality of pineapple this year, but also determines the resistance of plants in the coming year and the yield in the coming year, so our fertilization this time must be scientific and reasonable. it can not only ensure the yield of this year, but also the resistance of Zengqing plants. Under normal circumstances, we are mainly based on potash fertilizer, and spraying with an appropriate amount of boron fertilizer can not only achieve the effect of strong fruit, but also accelerate ripening and shorten the growth period. secondly, we can also spray the right amount of gibberellin to ensure the weight of the fruit.

5. Heavy application of maintenance fertilizer

Conservation fertilizer is actually equivalent to the base fertilizer of the second year, so conservation fertilizer needs to be re-applied and must be fully applied. We spread conservation fertilizer one to two weeks after pineapple harvest, and the amount of fertilizer is the same as that of base fertilizer. But this time it is mainly watered with potash fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer, which is beneficial to the absorption of plants.
