Preparation method of Organic Fertilizer
Organic fertilizer refers to a kind of fertilizer made of natural organic matter by microbial decomposition or fermentation. China is also known as farm manure. Its characteristics are: wide source of raw materials, large quantity; complete nutrients, low content; late and long fertilizer effect, which can only be absorbed by plants after microbial decomposition and transformation; the effect of soil improvement is good. The commonly used natural fertilizers are green manure, human feces and urine, stable manure, compost, retting manure, biogas fertilizer and waste fertilizer.
1. Mix duck dung, grass, flowers and leaves with water, pick out sundries and put them into non-toxic plastic bags to add water to ferment or pile up with plastic cover to ferment. When the fermentation temperature reaches 45 ℃, the fermentation process can be solved and the fermentation can be used.
2. Raw materials (taking the production of 1 ton of organic fertilizer as an example): 1.8 tons of human feces, urine or livestock and poultry manure, 0.3 tons of straw powder or leaf powder, 2.5 kilograms of corn flour, 1 kilogram of bacteria for rapid fermentation. Human feces and urine, livestock and poultry manure + leaves or straw powder + corn flour + bacteria → stirred → and compost → to dry.
① first controls the moisture content of the mixed raw material at about 40% Rom 50%, then uses the jade water surface to mix bacteria, sprinkles it on the surface of the mixed fertilizer, and manually evenly loads the raw material into a blender for crushing and stirring. When the fertilizer is stirred and crushed, it is necessary to grasp its water content, which generally does not exceed 40% MUR 45%. Too much or too little moisture will affect the fermentation quality, so it is appropriate to use hands to knead the mass, sew hands to see water, but do not drop water and fall to the ground. Stir evenly, thoroughly and fluffy without leaving raw pieces.
The ②-stirred ingredients were piled into long strips with a width of 1.5m and a height of 0.3m, which were covered with straw curtains or sack slices for aerobic fermentation. Generally, the temperature rises to 50 °C within 24 hours and 60 °C to 70 °C within 48 hours. During fermentation, such a high temperature can kill all pathogenic bacteria, eggs, grass seeds and so on. According to the fertilizer production experiment, it takes 6 days for composting in spring, summer and autumn and 7 days in winter. When the fertilizer is covered with white hyphae, it is all mature and slightly dried and sifted.
3. Chicken manure contains a large number of harmful microorganisms, which must not be applied directly and must be fermented at high temperature. There are two main purposes of certain fermentation, one is to kill harmful bacteria, the other is to organize the substances that have not been fully digested and increase the content of actual organic matter.
① fermentation is mainly carried out in the fermentation tank, that is, chicken manure is accumulated in the fermentation pool, and it is best to add appropriate amount of fermentation bacteria at the same time, and then cover it with agricultural plastic film, usually for 10-20 days.
After deeply fermenting chicken manure, ② was dried and crushed. The crushed chicken manure can be applied directly, but it is only called traditional farm manure, but it can not be called commercial organic fertilizer.
