He Xuanqing, an associate researcher at the National Museum of Marine Biology, known as "Dr. Fish", collaborated with international scholars again to publish 20 new species of eel. In the past three years, the research team has published a total of 37 new eel species, accounting for half of the total number of new eel species discovered in the world in the past decade, contributing a lot of valuable information on eel research and showing the world the diversity of Taiwan eels.
