Green Tea

Green tea is the only unfermented tea among the six major teas. It is produced in Shandong, Shaanxi, Gansu and Hainan in the north and south. Others include Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Fujian, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou, covering almost all the southern provinces.

White tea

White tea belongs to slightly fermented tea, which is mainly produced in Fuding in eastern Fujian and Zhenghe in northern Fujian. It is made from fresh leaves of Fuding Dabai tea, Fuding Daimao tea, Zhenghe Dabai tea and other varieties of tea.

Yellow tea

Yellow tea is a light fermented tea, which can be divided into three types: yellow bud tea, yellow small tea and yellow big tea according to the old and tender degree of picking fresh leaves. The main representatives are Junshan Silver Needle Tea from Yueyang, Hunan, Mengding Huangya from Sichuan, Mogan Huangya from Zhejiang, Huoshan Huangya from Anhui, and so on.

Green tea

Green tea, also known as oolong tea, with both the fragrance of green tea and the mellowness of black tea, is semi-fermented tea, mainly produced in Fujian, Guangdong, Taiwan and other places in China.

Black tea

Black tea, the birthplace is near Tongmuguan (village) in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province, the earliest black tea is race black tea. In addition, it is also distributed in Qihong Gongfu in Anhui and Yunnan Honggong in Yunnan, Fujian Honggong in Fujian, Ninghonggong in Jiangxi, Yihonggong in Hubei, Lake Honggong in Hunan, Sichuan Honggong in Sichuan, Yuehong Gongfu in Zhejiang, Yixing black tea in Jiangsu and Yingde black tea in Guangdong.

Black tea

Black tea, for post-fermented tea, is mainly produced in Yunnan, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, Shaanxi, Anhui and other places.
