Although the technology of bag planting of Auricularia auricula has long been successful in China, due to the limitation of climatic conditions, the related technology has not been widely used in our province. According to the climate characteristics of our province, we have developed the technology of planting Auricularia auricula with bags in the shade shed, which is suitable for popularizing in our province.

In the cultivation season, according to the growth temperature of Auricularia auricula and the climatic characteristics of our province, it is appropriate to make bacterial bags from the end of November to the end of January of the following year.

The culture material formula is broad-leaved tree sawdust 49%, corn core (cottonseed shell) 29.5%, grain bran (wheat bran) 20%, gypsum powder 1%, lime 0.5%, and the water content of the culture material is 60% 65%. Raw materials are required to be fresh and mildew-free, and broad-leaved sawdust and corncob should be crushed into soybean kernels, not too fine, otherwise the air permeability of the culture material will be affected.

The bacterial bag is made of 17 cm × 45 cm × 0.004 cm low-pressure high-density polyethylene plastic bag, which requires uniform thickness and no micropores. Mix the culture material evenly according to the formula, so that all kinds of raw materials are fully mixed with water, and hold on to the prepared culture material, so that there is water exudating from the fingers without dripping. After the culture material is prepared, it should be bagged immediately. Before bagging, one end of the plastic bag should be folded and tied into a loose knot. After packing the bag, the other end should also be folded into a living knot. Bagging should be moderately loose and tight, uniform up and down, flat material surface, without leaving gaps. Sterilize in time after packing the bag, generally use the atmospheric pressure sterilization stove, put the prepared bacterial bag into the atmospheric pressure sterilization stove and burn it with a strong fire, make the temperature in the stove reach 100 ℃ within 5 hours and keep it for 20 hours, so that the bacterial bag can be sterilized thoroughly. When the temperature of the bacterial bag drops to 60 ℃, move it into the inoculation room while it is hot. In the process of handling, the bacterial bag should be handled gently. It is found that the bacterial bag has a small hole and sealed with adhesive tape. Aseptic inoculation was carried out in the inoculation room or inoculation box after the temperature of the bag was reduced to room temperature. The cultivated species require strong mycelium growth, suitable bacteria age and no pollution. The bacteria were inoculated at both ends in strict accordance with the aseptic operation rules, fastened the mouth of the bag after inoculation, and transferred into the disinfected culture room to send bacteria.

During the period of bacterial bag culture, the early temperature was controlled at 28 ℃ to make the hyphae germinate and colonize as soon as possible. After the mycelium occupies the material surface, lower the temperature to 25 ℃, not more than 30 ℃, otherwise it will cause burning bacteria. Ventilate twice a day for 30 minutes each time to keep the indoor air fresh. To keep the room dry, the relative humidity of the indoor air should be controlled below 70%. To avoid the light, black cloth should be hung on the doors and windows to block the light and give a dark environment. If the light is too strong, the growth rate of mycelium will slow down, and the bacterial bag is easy to appear ear base in advance in the later stage, which affects the yield. During the outbreak of bacteria, the heap should be turned over, the first turn should be carried out 5 days after inoculation, and then once every 10 days. When turning the pile, change the position of the bacteria bag up and down, inside and outside, so that the bacteria are uniform. Turn over the pile at the same time to check whether there is miscellaneous bacterial contamination, found that the bacterial bag with yellow, red, green, green and other colors should be picked out in time for treatment. For slightly contaminated bags, the bacterial bags were injected with a mixture of 75% alcohol and 36% formaldehyde in the proportion of 2 ∶ 1. The seriously polluted bacterial bags should be sterilized to prevent the spread of miscellaneous bacteria. Generally, the hyphae can be filled with mycelium in 35-50 days.
