A: it should be identified from the following three aspects:

1. Look at the size and shell color of firewood eggs: there are differences in the size and color of each firewood egg. There is often some sand on the eggshell of each firewood egg. The tip of the firewood egg is relatively sharp, while the small eggs laid by non-firewood chickens are generally more round.

2. look at the egg whites of firewood eggs: the egg whites of firewood eggs are thicker, but can be transparent, and the yolks are golden, complete, protruding and resilient; the yolks laid by pigmented chickens are soft, and the whites are often turbid and thin, and have color.

3. Smell the fragrance of the scrambled eggs; when the firewood eggs are cooked, they are fragrant to the nostrils, have a natural fat fragrance, the color is golden, and the color is the same, even if it is cool, it does not change color, while the fried eggs with pigment turn white after cooling and taste light.
