Clinker: in substitute cultivation, the cultivation process in which people put the culture material into the mycelium of edible fungi after wet-heat sterilization is called clinker cultivation. Raw material: the cultivation process in which the culture material is not sterilized by moisture and heat, but treated by other sterilization methods, so that the edible fungus hyphae in the culture material can grow well, and the miscellaneous bacteria are restrained or killed, which is called raw material cultivation. The cultivation of edible fungi with raw materials according to the lazy natural environment must be limited by the natural climatic conditions (especially the warm and humid environment), so it can only be carried out in Linden cultivation so far. The reason why it has not been successfully demonstrated and popularized in production so far in substitute cultivation is that the pollution is serious after inoculation.
