(agricultural Wealth net) seeking centipede feeding and management methods and techniques-- 1. To control and control centipede feeding, various forms such as feeding pond, feeding tank, feeding tank and so on can be used, but all of them should be prevented from escape. The walls of the pond can be raised with glass or plastic sheeting, or ditches can be built around to prevent centipedes from escaping. In artificial breeding of centipedes, it is a very important work to ensure the survival rate of centipede larvae. Centipede oviposition, hatching and rearing need certain environmental conditions, so timely strengthening management and protection is of great significance to ensure the successful completion of reproduction and centipede hatching. 2. The isolated centipede of the pregnant female lays eggs and hatches in a quiet environment. If there is a disturbance, the female often eats the egg or even the larva. It is observed that in the same feeding pond, the time of female spawning is very different, and the activities of non-spawning females and male entertaining pedes often interfere with and destroy the normal progress of spawning and hatching, and some even graze eggs. Therefore, the female should be raised in separate tanks before spawning, or isolated with glass sheets, bottomless glasses or cans, tiles, etc., in a large feeding pool. -- 3. Strengthen prenatal feeding, increase the incubation time of nutritious centipedes, do not eat, do not drink water, and maintain activities by consuming their own nutrients. Before spawning, the female has the habit of eating and storing nutrients. At this time, the amount of food should be increased and the type of food should be adjusted to encourage the female to eat more and increase the nutrition before hatching. 4. During the incubation period, the centipede can reflect the disturbance, vibration, strong light and strong sound during the period of egg-hugging and nursery. Therefore, the feeding room must choose quiet, dark places, it is best to install red lights, and cover the windows with cloth or bamboo curtains to prevent strong light. The incubator in the room should be set up in advance and do not move easily once you lay eggs. Testers should be careful to move gently, do not move the shielded slides (tiles) casually, and do not shine with a flashlight. There is no need for feeding during the incubation period, but because it is in the middle of summer, if the humidity in the incubator is too low, it will affect the normal development of the embryo, so water should be added in the incubator at the right time. When adding water, it should be poured slowly along the cylinder wall to make the inner wall around the hatchery slightly moist. Do not sprinkle water directly on the nest, nor should it make the nest too humid. After hatching, although the larvae of centipedes are temporarily clustered, they can also move and find food alone. At this time, the female also gradually left the hatching nest to move alone. Due to the phenomenon of entertainment pedes competing for food and eating too much, the female should be removed or the larvae should be separated and raised in time. Under the condition of artificial feeding, the body length of centipede can reach the standard of medicinal small strips (8 cm) within two years, and close to the standard of large strips after two years. Therefore, it can be inferred that it takes 2-3 years for cultured centipedes to spawn, hatch and provide medicine.
