(agricultural Wealth Network) on the morning of the 9th, the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park in Luojing Town, Baoshan District, Shanghai, opened. Ma Lan, a "post-80s" female college student, has become the first batch of entrepreneurs to enter the park, raising Australian lobster in the park. The lobster is growing well and will be on the market in a few months. Ma Lan, a small boss, graduated from East China normal University in 2006. After graduation, he joined the "three supports and one support" program for college students (supporting agriculture, education, medicine and poverty alleviation) and worked in a village committee in Luojing Town, Baoshan District. In 2009, after the expiration of Ma Lan's work, it coincided with the opening of an agricultural entrepreneurship park in Luojing town. The park provides a platform to encourage college students to start their own businesses, as well as preferential policies such as rent-free for the first year and social insurance subsidies for one-year town insurance standards. Ma Lan, originally from Ningxia, was inspired to start his own business and stayed in Luojing Town. Ma Lan found from her daily observation that now people like to eat green food and pay attention to nutrition, and there is a certain market for planting and breeding, but she has no breeding direction yet. Wang Yiyu, an expert in guiding the opening of Luojing town, helped her. Under the guidance of Wang Yiyu's introduction, Ma Lan decided to raise Australian lobster. The seedlings of this kind of lobster are all introduced from Australia. At present, there are not many lobster seedlings raised in Shanghai. It has the characteristics of delicious meat and large size, and its pliers are colorful, have ornamental value, and have a good market prospect. At present, Ma Lan has successfully established Lan Lan Aquaculture Park in the Entrepreneurship Park, mainly to raise Australian lobster. She recruited four local landless farmers as keepers and hired a teacher from the biology department of China normal University as a technical instructor. She hopes that this batch of lobsters can be successfully raised, achieve sales, and slowly accumulate experience and expand the scale of breeding and sales channels. Ma Lan said: "now with farming experience, technical guarantee and the care and help of so many people, I have great confidence in the development prospects of my aquaculture park." Australian lobsters farmed by Malan are growing gratifyingly. Most of the lobsters have been raised to two or three, and in a few months, when they are raised to six or seven, these lobsters will be able to sell to the market. Since the beginning of this year, Shanghai has issued a three-year action plan to encourage entrepreneurship to promote employment, and strive to promote 30, 000 successful entrepreneurs and 200000 employment through the establishment of entrepreneurial parks and incubation bases. In this context, Baoshan District has introduced and implemented an entrepreneurial policy with regional characteristics, which has helped 807 people to start a business successfully so far this year. Luojing Town Agricultural Entrepreneurship Park is one of the first in Shanghai to realize that every street and town has at least one entrepreneurial site. (--Top
