Rape needs more boron than other crops, and it will show boron deficiency when the boron content in soil is less than 0.4 mg / kg. When the soil is seriously boron deficient, rape can occur at both seedling stage and bolting stage, and the diseased plants atrophy and die; when the soil is slightly boron deficient, symptoms appear after flowering, and diseased plants are unfruitful. The boron content of the whole plant of rape was 16.8 mg / kg. After flowering, the accumulation of boron increased sharply, and the relative content of boron in flower buds and pods was much higher than that of vegetative organs, indicating that rape needed more boron during the growth and development of reproductive organs. at this time, the amount of boron has an important effect on the formation and development of reproductive organs.
