Bacillus lyophilizer is a highly concentrated pure microbial preparation, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional microbial preparation, such as short shelf life and low content of living bacteria. It is a currently used biological preparation, which greatly ensures the content and activity of living bacteria.

The following briefly introduces the functional characteristics of Bacillus and its application in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province.

Symptoms: there is a grass carp pond of about 10 mu, the symptom before treatment is that the fish floats for more than ten hours a day, the water quality is ammonia nitrogen 0.5, nitrite 0.06, pH 7.0, anatomical microscopic examination does not have any pathological changes and parasites, belonging to green turbid water, the transparency is very low, put the water in a glass bottle to see a lot of suspended matter.

Treatment method and effect: suitable for 2 bottles of Bacillus spp. using a simple culture method, the live bacteria were cultured for 24 hours and sprinkled evenly in the whole pool. Three days later, grass carp no longer have the phenomenon of floating head, and the transparency of the water body has been greatly improved, and the water quality has become refreshing.

Analysis and summary: this case makes full use of the role of Bacillus that can quickly decompose the excreta, residual bait and organic dirt of aquatic animals, eliminate the odor of water, purify water quality and improve transparency. In this water body, organic matter is the main cause of water hypoxia. On the one hand, organic matter consumes dissolved oxygen in water, on the other hand, it causes low transparency of water, which affects the photosynthesis of algae, resulting in long-term hypoxia of fish. The problem of anoxia of grass carp was solved fundamentally by using Bacillus.
