The main results are as follows: 1. After simple culture for 24 hours, Bacillus forms a high concentration of Bacillus liquid. After it is put into the shrimp pond, Bacillus can quickly form the dominant population in the pond water and consume a large amount of nutrients and organic matter in the water. Thus inhibit the excessive reproduction of blue-green algae, but also avoid the green oil film on the surface of the pond water.

2. The ability of purifying water quality of Bacillus solution cultured with Bacillus is much higher than that of ordinary EM solution. The current bacillus solution has the characteristics of high freshness and strong activity, while the ordinary EM solution begins to age and die with the extension of storage time. When used, only some nutrients are left, while the activity content is quite low.
