Green eco-organic fertilizer is produced by using multi-dimensional compound enzyme bacteria with chicken manure and crop straw as the main raw materials. The method of preparation is as follows.

First, mix chicken dung with an appropriate amount of straw powder, and the amount mixed depends on the water content of chicken manure. Generally, 45% water content is required for fermentation. Hand test is used to pinch into a ball, and fingers are sewn to see water, but without dripping water, it is appropriate to release hands and disperse immediately.

Second, add corn flour and bacteria. The function of corn flour is to increase sugar content for strain fermentation, which can give multi-dimensional compound enzymes an absolute advantage quickly.

Third, add the mixture to the blender for stirring, stirring must be uniform, thorough, leaving no raw blocks. The stirred ingredients are piled into long strips with a width of 1.52m and a height of 0.81m, which are covered with sack slices for oxygen fermentation. The temperature of the first day can reach 60 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, killing Escherichia coli, eggs and other diseases and insect pests. The stench of chicken dung can be eliminated the next day. On the third day the compost became loose and dry, covered with white hyphae. On the fourth day, there was a smell of wine koji. On the fifth day, the bacterial manure is fermented and matured, and it can be bagged after a little air drying. That is, the temperature rises 1 day after composting, odorless in 2 days, loose in 3 days, fragrance in 4 days and fat in 5 days.

The organic matter content of green ecological organic fertilizer can reach more than 45%. It is a kind of organic fertilizer with comprehensive nutrition. If it is pertinently mixed with different elements, it will form a series of special fertilizers for vegetables, flowers, fruit trees, grain, cotton, oil and other crops.
