Zinc is closely related to photosynthesis and respiration of sesame. It can promote the formation of auxin, make sesame accumulate more dry matter and grow faster, and lay the foundation for increasing production. Manganese can improve carbohydrate assimilation and nitrogen metabolism, and increase the content of chlorophyll. Therefore, the yield increased obviously when manganese was used as base fertilizer or spraying at seedling and flowering stage. Molybdenum can not only strengthen the role of nitrogen fixation, but also affect the formation of protein. It is mainly contained in sesame leaves and plays an indispensable role in increasing chloroplasts.
