Noodle jujube is also called white jujube. The main branch of the tree opens slightly and the crown is irregular. The leaf is ovate, the fruit is oblong, the average weight of single fruit is 6.7 grams, and the pericarp is thin and dark red. The flesh is white with yellowish green, fine quality, light taste, small nucleus, edible rate of 94.5%, mainly fresh food.
