Classification of branches and buds of jujube

The branches and buds of jujube trees are different from those of ordinary fruit trees, mainly in that the fruiting branches fall off in the same year, while the growth of fruiting mother branches is very small. Branches are divided into: developmental branch (jujube head), secondary branch (fruiting mother branch, which can also be called jujube head), fruiting branch (jujube stock), fruiting branch (jujube hanging). Buds are also divided into four types: main buds, accessory buds, hidden buds and adventitious buds.
